Inventory & Warehouse

Tudo's inventory module installs in one click. Pick an industry pack, toggle the features that match your operation, and the wizard provisions boards, dashboards, automations and forms in a single transaction.

Industry packs

• Core — items, suppliers, sales orders, purchase orders, stock movements. Best for retail, e-commerce and 3PL.
• Manufacturing — adds production batches, QC, COA / documents, recall traceability.
• Nutraceutical — adds raw materials and packaging boards, splits items into Finished Products with stricter expiry / COA gating. Best for FDA / GMP-regulated products.

Feature toggles

• Track lots / batches — supplier-lot mapping, traceability.
• Track expiry dates — turns on FEFO picking and the expiring-lots dashboard alert.
• Use multiple locations / bins — Warehouse → zone → aisle → rack → bin hierarchy.
• Need barcode scanning — camera-based scan in the SKU page header and Warehouse Mode.
• Require QC approval — lots stay quarantined until a reviewer approves them.

Warehouse Mode

A scan-first interface for the warehouse floor. Hero scan tile + six guided action flows — Receive, Move, Pick, Cycle count, Damage, Find item. Each flow walks the user through SKU → quantity → location with confirmation cards along the way and a sentence-based review screen ("Move 50 COFF-ESP-001 from Bin A1-01 to Bin B2-04?") before committing the movement.

On desktop, the home page also shows a live operations queue: orders ready to pick, lots awaiting QC, pending receives, and low-stock alerts.

MCP tools

Five inventory MCP tools (find_item_by_sku, inventory_status, list_low_stock, move_stock, receive_stock, trace_lot) let Claude read and write your inventory directly when you connect the Tudo MCP server.
