Shopify

The Shopify integration turns Tudo into the operational layer behind your storefront — inventory pushed from Tudo to Shopify, orders pulled from Shopify into Tudo, and recipe automations that close the loop.

Install

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Shopify.
  2. Paste your store domain (your-store.myshopify.com) and a custom-app access token.
  3. Optional: paste your Shopify API secret to enable inbound webhooks.
  4. Tudo verifies the connection by querying shop + locations before saving credentials. AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest.

Linked boards

After installing, the integration panel shows two slots: Inventory and Sales Orders. For each, you can Create from template (provisions a board with the right columns + views) or Link existing board (picks from your workspace).

Sync direction + features

Three direction modes (Outbound only / Both / Inbound only) plus four per-feature switches: push inventory, receive orders, fulfillment tracking, refunds restock. Each can be disabled without touching the others.

Recipes

  • Push on release (toggleable) — when a batch sub-item flips to Released, push the parent product's stock to Shopify via inventoryAdjustQuantities.
  • Order received (always-on) — webhook on orders/paid creates an order item and (if configured) drops a one-line summary on a chosen activity-feed board.
  • Fulfillment update (always-on) — webhook on orders/fulfilled updates the order with carrier + tracking.
  • Refund restock (always-on) — webhook on refunds/create reverses the inventory deduction when applicable.

Activity feed

Per-tenant fan-out for orders / fulfillments / refunds. Pick a destination board and an optional teammate, and every event drops as a one-line item with auto-filled Status / Customer / Email / Total / Order ID / Notes / Source columns when those exist on the destination board.
