CCPA · California Consumer Privacy Act

Effective May 10, 2026

A summary of how Tudo complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act — what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

1.Who this applies to

This page is the California-resident summary of how Tudo complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"). It complements our Privacy Policy.

2.Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers — name, email, account ID, IP address.
  • Commercial information — subscription plan, billing history.
  • Internet activity — pages and features used, timestamps, browser, OS.
  • Geolocation (coarse) — country-level only, derived from IP.
  • Inferences — none. We don't build behavioral profiles for advertising.

3.We do not sell or share your data

Tudo does not "sell" personal information and does not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. There is nothing to opt out of — the line is structurally not crossable in our platform.

4.Your rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you.
  • Access a copy of that information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don't collect any).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any CCPA right.

The first four are self-serve from Settings → Profile → Your data inside Tudo. For everything else write to privacy@usetudo.com — we respond within 45 days.

5.How to authorize an agent

California residents may use an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. Email privacy@usetudo.com with proof of authorization (a signed permission letter is sufficient) and we'll honor the request once we verify the requester's identity.

6.Changes

We update this notice when our practices change. Material changes are announced by email to active workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version.
